Before you start
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is taken on day one. The first charge lands the day the trial ends, 14 days in, and we email you before it does — so it is never a surprise on a statement.
Can I cancel and still get what I paid for?
Yes. Cancelling is scheduled for the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep the boxes and the reading until then. Nothing is cut off the moment you click.
Can I pause instead?
Pausing holds the subscription without losing your history, and when you start again you get a full period from that day rather than the remains of an old one.
What if a card fails?
It is retried on a schedule you can see, and you are told each time. Only after the retries are exhausted does anything lapse.
